When do I have to pay?

Shortly after your online registration you will receive an email with your invoice. We ask you to pay the invoice within 14 days.
If no payment is received at the end of your chosen price scale at the latest, we reserve the right to invoice you the next higher price scale.

In which currency do I need to pay?

Aero Kongress issues their invoices in Euro.
Exclusively for the events in Switzerland we offer you the possibility to also pay in CHF if you prefer.

However please note:

We are a german business only with a german bank account. We do not have any influence on the various amounts of bank fees for bank transfers in CHF from Switzerland or other payments from abroad. In order to save bank charges you can also pay via Paypal to: info@aero-kongress-de
All payments are to be made with reference to the invoice number.

 

What happens if I am unable to participate
Cancellations are possible within our general terms and conditions. You can also name a substitute person at any time, however please do inform us prior to the event and let us know the name of the new participant – it is mandatory that we add the person on the list of participants.
Even if you are unable to participate and have not yet settled your invoice, payment in full shall nonetheless be required.  The same applies if you do not take up your spot at the Event.

 

What shall I do if I did not receive any invoice?

In case you did not receive an email with your invoice within 2 working days after your online registration, please contact us.

What is the cancellation policy?
Every cancellation must be made in writing. A processing fee of 25,- Euro (VAT not included) will be charged for each cancellation. The registration can be cancelled up to 15 days prior to the event. For cancellations after that the event fee shall be paid in full.
